The HOOD corporation has funded new players on Rugplay. Some of them are now worth over $8,000,000. Every one of them started the same way, by asking.
Loans are not issued automatically. There is no application form and no credit check. Every decision is made personally, by the Hood Director, on vibes.

ELIGIBILITY
You must meet all or some of the following, depending entirely on my mood at the time.
BE NEW TO RUGPLAY
HAVE GOOD VIBES
HAVE BEEN RUGGED BADLY
HOLD AT LEAST TWICE THE LOAN VALUE
On the third point: being rugged by me personally counts, provided it happened on somebody else's coin, wouldnt happen on a HOOD coin anyway. Being rugged by a stranger also counts ig. Getting rugged is the tutorial, and I fund people who have finished the tutorial.
On the fourth point: holdings of at least twice the loan value are required. Yes, this means loans go to people who already have money. This is how lending works everywhere and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
HOLDING HOOD IMPROVES YOUR ODDS
Owning or having traded HOOD coins improves your chances considerably. It also unlocks the gift.
HOOD HOLDERS RECEIVE A FREE GIFT EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THEIR HOLDING.
Not a loan. A gift, matched to what you already hold, on top of whatever you are approved for. The reasoning is simple. People who hold HOOD do not sell HOOD, and that behaviour deserves compensation.
WHEN TO ASK
Two situations come up constantly, and both qualify.
The first is holding a HOOD coin with no liquidity left. Your portfolio says one number and your wallet says a much smaller one. Everybody who has played this game long enough knows that feeling. Do not sell your bag. Ask instead.
The second is taking heavy losses on somebody else's coin. Come to the desk before you do anything you will have to explain later.

Message me on discord but like @ me yh. Say what happened, say what you hold, and say what you need. Do not write a business plan. I have read business plans and they have never once changed my answer.
Approvals are usually same day. Refusals are quiet.
